Shanlinxi is bordered on Nantou, Yunlin, Chiayi and is situated at an elevation of about 1100-1800 metres. The mountain is covered with a wide variety of trees: Taiwania, Formosan red cypress, Taiwan cypress, moso bamboo, ginkgo, and many other greeneries. The ample waterfalls and rivers also give birth to invigorating anions and the abundant moisture in the air. The tea leaves from this flourishing land are therefore soft and fleshy with satiny touch, exude elegant, suave notes, and a full-bodied sensation.
